Becca was a dream to work with! As a first time home buyer, I had absolutely no idea what I was doing, but Becca was very knowledgeable and patient with me throughout the process. She was very thorough, and timely in her responses which was really important to me. For example, every time we would go see a house she was fully prepared having done research on the home and could provide me all the background information, dates, and things that might be a “red flag” for me. I truly felt like she had my back. I couldn’t recommend her more for all buyers, but especially first timers who need someone who will take the time to help you understand everything and remain completely honest and transparent with you. We have known Becca for several years. So, when it came time for my sisters and me to sell our parent’s condo, Becca was the first Realtor that we thought of. We are so happy that we did. After trying, for a month, to sell the condo on our own, we realized that we needed help. Becca knew all the details of listing a property that insured that we got the best offers, quickly. Becca has been the best part about purchasing a house! My husband and I met Becca at an open house and immediately contacted her to be our realtor!
